Collaborative support services for young people.

This service is crucial to assist young individuals as a component of the continuum of mental health care. The goal of this service is to give children, teenagers, and young adults the support that they need through the assistance of a counselor, family members, and other care providers who work together with the goal of stabilizing their loved ones to help them avoid the need to have more intensive services like having treatments in a residential setting. 

The following are components of this service:

  • Biopsychosocial Strengths and Needs Assessments
  • Intensive- In Community Services (IIC)
  • Behavioral Assistance (BA)
  • Mentoring for youth and parents/caregiver
  • Parenting Coaching
